After years of collaboration, we listed the property for them at $2,895,000, bringing multiple offers. This project proved to be a challenging one. Initially, our sellers believed they were only a few weeks away from receiving the “certificate of occupancy”, and asked us to begin marketing it. We fielded a quick offer and put the property in escrow for our clients. As it turned out, many months went by before our Sellers finally received their CofO, and the original buyer couldn’t hang on to the deal. We canceled escrow, brought it back to market, and sold it again with multiple offers at 21% above the original asking price!

After previously being listed with another firm for 139 days, we sold the property in 11 days, and brought a direct buyer through our vast network and advanced marketing efforts.

Working together with our friends and fellow Agents, we were able to provide the client with a full-service buying experience. When we received notice of a price change to $5,950,000, we kept tabs on the property on behalf of our Client, constantly communicating with the Seller’s representation and relaying the property’s activity to our Buyer. When the time was right, we negotiated an additional $400K off of the asking price, securing the deal for our Buyer at15% below the original List Price.

At the time of sale, the property was listed for $4,950,000 – Our client secured the deal for an astounding 35% discount, with full RTI plans in place to build a 6,300 sq ft modern Estate with a 40′ infinity-edge swimming pool and jet-liner views of the city.
Represented Buyer We represented the Buyer on this Modern, Sleek New Construction in the Hollywood Hills, where our Buyers secured the deal for 22% below the original List Price. Our clients came to us with a very specific criteria, and had exhausted their search online. We created a plan, worked diligently to source off-market opportunities for them, and when we found the one, we were able to get them inside before any other buyer. This allowed us to get an accepted offer before any other showings took place. A back-up offer came in within days of us opening escrow.. For $250,000 above our contract price. Needless to say, our Buyers got the deal they were looking for.
