We successfully represented the Seller on this reimagined, exquisite Laurel Canyon remodel. Our client initially purchased the property for $1,190,000 in 2016. After years of collaboration, we listed the property for them at $2,895,000, bringing multiple offers. This project proved to be a challenging one. Initially, our sellers believed they were only a few weeks away from receiving the “certificate of occupancy”, and asked us to begin marketing it. We fielded a quick offer and put the property in escrow for our clients. As it turned out, many months went by before our Sellers finally received their CofO, and the original buyer couldn’t hang on to the deal. We canceled escrow, brought it back to market, and sold it again with multiple offers at 21% above the original asking price!
