Once we have agreed upon a listing price and marketing strategy and once we have signed our listing agreement, it’s time to prepare your home for sale.
SETTING THE STAGE

From applying a fresh coat of paint, decluttering, to rearranging furniture, setting up repairs or calling in additional resources to make your house shine, we will work with you to ensure the property is ready to make the right first impression with buyers.

You can also have the option to sell your property off-Market temporarily or exclusively using our network of the most productive agents in Los Angeles and a massive pool of buyers who only have eyes on the most exclusive of deals.
We can also schedule events such as Broker’s Opens, private showings and Open Houses so that buyers can see the property and picture their future home in person.
We’d regularly update you as well on the market’s response while the listing is live. We’ll go through agents and buyers feedback, and adjust the listing strategy as needed.

Reviewing and Negotiating Offers
We will collect all the offers made on your home and help you pick out the offer most suitable for your goals and needs, considering not only the price but also contingencies, financing terms, and closing timelines. Together, we will weigh the pros and cons of each offer to make an informed decision. If needed, I will also help you formulate and respond with counter-offers.
FROM ESCROW TO CLOSE
nce we get the best offer for your home and purchase agreements are signed, the deal will now undergo escrow. We will observe and record all contingency periods throughout this stage.
We will work closely with the escrow officer to ensure all legal and financial requirements are met, and the necessary documents are prepared and signed promptly.
Throughout the escrow period, We’ll also keep you looped in about each milestone, providing regular updates and answering any questions you may have.
Once the buyer has performed inspections, removed their contingencies, and the loan (if any) is ready to fund, we’ll arrange the final walk-through. Finally, at closing you will hand over keys to the buyer and you will get proceeds from the sale.
